The National Suicide Hotline has an entire database of resources in your specific area. If you need psychiatric emergency help, they can provide you with referrals, options, and ideas for how to gain access to help in your geographical area.
Psychiatric hospitalization can be an important way to get stable before more insightful and significant treatment can happen. There is no shame in getting the help you need.
If you are unable to call a national hotline or cannot call 911, please go to your nearest emergency room for help.
