I’m here to help adults regulate their nervous system and manage their anxiety and depression with our NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback brain training system; because when our nervous system is regulated, everything just feels easier. I’m here to help you work through your relational distress, grief, perinatal issues, emotional dysregulation, and PTSD symptoms so you can approach life’s twists and turns from a calmer, more present state.
